Barr has released his own version of a summary of the Mueller’s probe reports on Sunday but has said he needed additional time to review his summary to further determine what could be publically released, according to Reuters news reports.

During a phone call with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, Barr circulated his plans to issue a public version of Mueller’s report within weeks to Graham, the official state.

Justice Department official added there was no plan to share an advance copy of Barr’s report with the White House.

Barr’s summary over the reports contains some parts of Mueller’s confidential report that has aroused during secret jury proceedings. Generally, federal rules prohibit the government from releasing such kind of reports.

It also contains details about the ongoing criminal probe that Mueller has referred to other attorneys offices.

However, Barr has not announced the date when the final public version of the reports will get prepared, though, Democrats called on Barr to release it by April 2, providing time to the justice department to complete its review.
