Congress National President Rahul Gandhi challenged Prime Minister Narendra to hold a press conference and answer some random questions thrown at him.

Congress Chief who was in Telangana on Wednesday for Electoral Campaign tweeted some pictures of his Press Conference. In a tweet, Congress president slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not holding a Single Press Conference in his 4.5 years tenure as the Prime Minister.

Mr. Gandhi Tweeted:  Dear Mr. Modi, Now that campaigning is over, hope you can spare some time for your part-time job as PM. Btw its been 1,654 days since u became PM. Still no press conference? Some pics from our Hyderabad PC today. Try one someday, it’s fun having questions thrown at you!” 

 

Addressing the Press along with alliance partners, including Chandrababu Naidu, Rahul Gandhi said they are confident of winning the assembly polls. He said, Most Opinion polls have also suggested Congress-led alliance have an upper hand in the contest.

On Asking about the Chief Ministerial Candidate from the alliance, Gandhi said: “This is frankly premature to decide who the CM candidate is going to be. Our first goal is to remove Mr. KCR (Caretaker CM Chandrashekhar Rao) and TRS, who have damaged the dream of Telangana. We are together committed to that goal”

Congress has joined hands with TDP, TJS, and CPI to take on TRS in upcoming Telangana Assembly Elections.

The state will go for Polls on December 7, while counting of votes will take place along with other state assembly elections on December 11.
