Maharashtra Government Formation has taken a twist with BJPs Devendra Fadnavis resuming his Chief Minister’s Post for the second time and NCPs Ajit Pawar joining him as the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Amidst this, NCP Chief Sharad Pawar seemed displeased with his nephew joining hands with BJP. He said,” I came to know at 7 am today about Ajit Pawar. I did not know before that. I will hold a press conference in some time. Uddhav too will address the media. I will speak elaborately then.”
Sharad Pawar tweeted that it is Ajit Pawar’s ‘personal’ decision and we do not endorse such actions:

Till Friday, the decision of an alliance government was confirmed with NCP – Congress – Shiv Sena joining hands together. But overnight the tables turned with BJP taking side with NCP’s Ajit Pawar and formed government in no time by terminating the President’s rule in Maharashtra.
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut, who has been vocal about the party said, “People of Maharashtra have been cheated. It was about trust of Maharashtra..you have used your money power to your advantage.”
He further said, “Shiv Sena and Sharad Pawar have got nothing to do with this. Sharad Pawar had no information. Ajit Pawar’s place is inside Arthur Road Jail and now he will be deputy CM. What happens in dead of night is evil.”
Sources in the Congress said, “We had no idea till late last night this would happen .. NCP and Pawar told us we would meet this afternoon .. they backstabbed us.”
NCP Ajit Pawar said he joined Devendra Fadnavis as the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra due to ‘Farmer Issues’.
