Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to launch the Bhartiya Janta Party Poll campaign for the 2019 general elections from Uttar Pradesh’s Agra. According to reports, Prime Minister Narendra will start the Poll Campaign from January 9 in Agra along with Agra MP Ram Shankar Katheria.

Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is slated to visit Taj City, Agra on January 4 to look the preparations for PM Modi’s visit.

In an attempt to seek another term in the office, Bhartiya Janta Party has put its plans on top gear especially after the BJP’s debacle in recently concluded. The Saffron Party has planned a hectic schedule for Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is set to tour 20 states in the next 100 days to claw his way back ahead of the crucial 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

It is noted that PM Modi had addressed a huge election rally at Kothi Meena Bazar ground in November 2013 to start the campaign for 2014 general polls. Prior to this, PM Narendra Earlier Modi had addressed a Parivartan rally in Agra on November 20, 2016 while campaigning for UP State Polls.

Reports also said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) feels that Agra has proved auspicious for the saffron party which won nine Assembly seats and two Lok Sabha seats.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi who often visit foreigns regularly has decided not to take any abroad trip for the next four months. Prime Minister Narendra would like to focus on local issues and will pitch the campaign for its party to retain power.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday expressed confidence that the people of India will once more repose faith in the BJP taking consideration the work was done by his government over the last four and a half years.  He stated, “It is going to be ‘Janta (public) versus ‘gathbandhan’ (coalition). Modi is just a manifestation of public love and blessings.”

Earlier Prime Minister Narendra Modi was slated to visit Andhra Pradesh on January 6 but amidst protest from Telugu Desam Party has postponed the AP Visit.
