As per the party sources, Congress party’s “Bharat Bachao” rally is likely to be postponed to December 14 instead of the already scheduled date of November 30. The decision to shift the date has been taken due to the ongoing session of the Winter session of the Parliament.

The winter session of the parliament began from November 18 and it will continue till December 13.

Previously, the grand old party had announced its decision to raise people’s concern against the ruling BJP-led Central government over its anti-people policies. As quoted by ANI, general secretary KC Venugopal said, “It will be a massive rally to highlight anti-people policies of the central government and people-oriented issues. We have decided to hold the rally on November 30 at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. It has been decided to name it as ‘Bharat Bachao Rally’ because the people are suffering.

According to the reports, the program will be held in almost 60 percent of the nation, and the agitation will be held before November 25 in most of the country. The program will see the climax of various district-level and state-level protests by the party against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
