Meizu Note 9

Meizu has launched its Note 9 smartphone with a 48-megapixel primary rear camera, 6GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box and has a waterdrop notch display enabling it to achieve 82.9-percent screen to body ratio.

The device has been made available in three variants: 4GB RAM with 64GB onboard storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB onboard storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB onboard storage.

The 4GB/64GB variant of the device is priced at 1398 yuan (roughly ₹14,700), while the 6GB/64GB and the 4GB/128GB variants of the device are priced at 1598 yuan (roughly ₹16,800). The device will come in Black, White, and Sparkling Blue color options and will be available in China starting from March 11. There are no words from the company about the availability of the smartphone in India.

In terms of specifications, Meizu Note 9 features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ (2244×1080 pixels) display with 18.7:9 aspect ratio with 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC paired with Adreno 612 GPU. The Meizu Note 9 comes with up to 6 GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.

It runs Android 9.0 Pie with Flyme 7.2 on top. For photography, the smartphone has a dual camera setup at the back compromising of a 48-megapixel primary rear camera with Samsung GM1 sensor, f/1.7 aperture, dual LED flash, 6P lens, and a 5-megapixel secondary camera. At the front, the device has a 20-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and 5P lens.

Meizu Note 9 also features Hyper Gaming optimization, Game Mode 3.0, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, face recognition 3.0, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Dual 4G VoLTE, GPS + GLONASS, Bluetooth 5 LE, USB Type-C support and a 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
