A few hours back Apple has released a new video on YouTube, surprisingly all the rumors about the new iPhone SE comes true. Apple has officially confirmed the new iPhone SE and also has released specs of this new device on its official website. So, let’s have a look over specs.
Overview:
Long before, Apple promised that it would launch a budget smartphone but has never revealed it in recent days. Now, it has given detailed information about the new budget smartphone. This device comes with 3 color variants Balck, White and Red. It has 3 storage options 64/128/256 GB.
Display:
Its dimensions are as follows: 5.45 inches in height, 2.65 inches in width 0.29 inches in depth and weighs 5.22 ounces(148 grams) which is very lightweight to use. The new iPhone SE comes with a 4.7-inch Retina HD display with a fingerprint sensor provided at the home button. Display size has been reduced as compared with the iPhone 11. The fingerprint sensor has a resistant oleophobic coating which is a great feature. It has a Multi‑Touch display with IPS technology and has a screen resolution of 1334-by-750 at 326ppi(pixels per inch).
Performance:
It is powered by A13 chipset which is there in the current iPhone 11). The battery of this device lasts about the same as the iPhone 8. It supports fast charging and comes with an 18W charger. It also has wireless charging technology. iPhone SE has iOS 13 operating system with Bluetooth 5.0 support. Most importantly it compatible only with nano-SIM and eSIM not the existing micro-SIM.
Camera:
The new iPhone SE comes with a single camera at the rear which is 12MP with an aperture size of f/1.8. It has a digital zoom up to 5x. This device has Portrait Lighting with six effects (Natural, Studio, Contour, Stage, Stage Mono, High-Key Mono). It also comes with many features as listed below

You can have 4K video recording at 24, 30 or 60fps. OIS helps in stabilizing the video. A 1080p HD video can be recorded at 30 fps or 60 fps and 720p HD video can be recorded at 30 fps. It can also take 8MP still photos while recording 4K video. The new iPhone SE also has a number options for recording a video like slow-motion video, cinematic video, etc.
The front camera comes with 7MP with an aperture size of 2.2. It has Portrait mode with advanced bokeh and Depth Control. You can record a 1080P HD video at 30fps from this front-facing camera.

Accessibility features help people with disabilities and iPhone SE comes with many Accessibility features such as Voice Control, Siri and dictation, Switch Control, RTT and TTY support, Speak Screen, AssistiveTouch, Type to Siri, Magnifier and Zoom. It comes with Airpods with lightning Connector. The official details about RAM is not known so we are expecting a 2 GB RAM for this iPhone SE.
