2 years ago everything looked fine, in fact, everything looked brilliant. Michael B. Jordan and Chadwick Boseman were walking off the red carpet at the premiere of Black Panther. Smiling at the cameras, signing autographs, and laughing with their film’s team, little did anyone knew about the tragedy going to take place two years later. Actor, Chadwick Boseman passed away on Friday, and no one still has been able to digest the news.

His Blackpanther co-star and friend, Michael B. Jordan joins the people who are still mourning his death. Devastated and sad to hear that he’ll not be able to see his friend again, the actor took to Instagram to pay a tribute to Chadwick.

Sharing a series of their photos together, the actor penned a tribute to his friend in his post’s caption. A part of his note on Instagram read :

“Everything you’ve given the world … the legends and heroes that you’ve shown us we are … will live on forever. But the thing that hurts the most is that I now understand how much of a legend and hero YOU are. Through it all, you never lost sight of what you loved most. You cared about your family, your friends, your craft, your spirit. You cared about the kids, the community, our culture, and humanity. You cared about me. You are my big brother, but I never fully got a chance to tell you, or to truly give you your flowers while you were here.”

In Black Panther, Jordan had played the role of the main villain, Erik Killmonger. If you wish to read his whole tribute for Chadwick, check out the following post :
