Ajinkya Rahane and Rachin Ravindra opened the innings for CSK.
Gerald Coetzee, in the second over, took the wicket of Ajinkya.
Ruturaj came in to bat, and he and Rachin formed a short partnership.
Shreyas Gopal took the wicket of Rachin as Shivam came into bat.
Ruturaj and Shivam handled the situation as they both completed their half-centuries.
With their outstanding partnership, they were taking CSK towards a good score.
In the end, Mahendra Singh Dhoni came in to bat as he smashed three outstanding sixes and took CSK to a total of 206/4.

Mumbai Indians (MI) Innings
Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan opened the innings for MI.
They both started to give a great start to Mumbai, as they were hitting boundaries.
They were looking strong as they made good use of powerplay and took MI to a good position.
Matheesha Pathirana was called into action to stop them as he took the wicket of Ishan and Surya in the same over.
Rohit kept up the momentum from one end as he completed his half-century.
Wickets kept falling from the other end in short intervals of time.
Rohit alone was trying to take MI towards victory as no one else was supporting him.
Going on, he completed his century but wasn’t able to make MI win the match.
CSK won the match by 20 runs as Matheesha Pathirana took four major wickets.
