The non-stop Redmi Note 4 blasts have been seen in different parts of India. Today morning ( 22nd Aug 2017) one more incident has been caught in a college hostel (VIT University Vellore)
Statement from the victim (as we received):
“Dear sir,
I am a student writing on my friend’s behalf. My friend’s Redmi note 4 blasted.
It was in his hands when it caught fire. He threw it away. The incident happened in VIT university Vellore. My friend’s name is Sarthak Goswami. Please do the needful to cover this news and to help him get compensation for his loss.The photos and video have been attached.”
According to Sarthak Goswami’s friend, he was holding the device when the device was actually caught fire, he throws away the phone to save from fire injury. What could be the reason behind this fire-case? Let’s wait for the official statement from the Xiaomi India.
