Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi in while addressing a rally in Patan Gujarat once again slashed down on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and all the false promises made by him.

The Congress leader said that honorable Prime Minister only talks big but when it comes to implementing, he does nothing. Listing down a few ‘jhumlas’ of Narendra Modi, Rahul pointed out that the PM gave 33,000 crores alone, to Nano car manufacturing, but not a single car could be seen on the roads.

He further underlined that Modi promised 40,000 crores to the Adivasis but not a single penny was released. Recently the Prime Minister had promised to grant 500 crores for the flood relief f but even then not a single rupee came to the aid.

What really became viral was the statement made by Modi that Rahul repeated during the rally. He said that Narendra Modi had promised the potato growers that he will introduce such a machine that will literally blurt out gold. Quoting Modi, Rahul said that “Modi Ji had said that I will bring a machine that you put potatoes from one side and gold will come out from the other side. There will be so much money that it will be difficult to handle.”

“Modi ji ne aloo ke kisano se kaha tha ki aise machine lagaunga ki ek taraf se aloo dalo, to dusri taraf sona nekalega.”

Further attacking the Prime Minister, Rahul said that Modi boasted about 15 lakh in every bank account, but the truth of the Modi government is that to open a bank account one needs to deposit Rs 3000 first.

The Congress leader also said that he will not make any promises, he stressed that only those people need to make promises who do not have weight in their talks. “My words are loud enough to speak for me, I do not need to make any promises to prove my words,” Rahul said.
