Icertis, an Indian origin B2B startup, headquartered in Pune, has bagged $115 million (approx ₹791 crore) in its Series E round from PremjiInvest and Greycroft Partners.

Also, the company’s valuation crossed $1 billion mark, securing its place in the startup unicorn list.

While, according to the sources, the fresh round of funding will be utilised to strengthen its product, expand global footprint and also invest in new technologies.

Icertis was founded by Samir Bodas and Monish Darda in Pune in 2009. It provides cloud-based applications in the contract lifecycle management space.

According to the company, its software platform is used to manage 5.7 million contracts in 40+ languages across 90 countries.

Till date, the company has raised $211 million in funding.

Icertis has around 850 employees and more than 600 of them are based in Pune. It has offices across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Australia.

The key investors in this SaaS startup include IgnitionMeritech PartnersPSP CapitalCross CreekB Capitale.venturesEight Roads Ventures, and Graycroft.

Others in the similar industry as Icertis includes Apttus, SpringCM, Conga, Determine, Volody, Model N, Iron Clad and many more.
