Vote with a conscience, a request made my presidential election nominee, Meira Kumar. After not being supported by Trinamool MLAs, Meira Kumar addressed them in a state assembly in West Bengal by stating that the ‘atmosphere of fear must end’.
Other than the six MLAs, she thanked the rest of the MLAs for supporting her in the presidential elections. She said that she is fighting for the freedom of speech and expressions. She has her own ideologies of equality and that she is not afraid of anyone. She has a support of any people. She thanked Sonia Gandhi as she thinks that under her great leadership, this is the first time ever, that so many different parties have come together for the sake of the country.
She has shown her commiseration against Ramnath Kovind, her opponent nominee for the presidential post.
