Three crore Indian Railways employees in India will be connected with quality healthcare facilities through Kaizala productivity app that will be deployed, said Microsoft on Thursday.

Railway employees who are currently serving or have been retired will be able to avail healthcare at 125 railway and 133 private recognized hospitals. The Kaizala Group, managed by doctors from South Central Railways will feature dedicated groups of doctors, paramedical staffs, and nurses.

Employees will be able to book appointments with doctors, share diagnostic lab results directly with their doctors and save a digital record in ‘Me Chat’. The app will also allow employees to access key announcements, share their feedback to improve the quality of medical service with built-in action cards.

Kaizala app already establishes communication with the employees through Indian Railway including achievement bulletins, educative bulletins and informative bulletins to make the employees aware of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, general first aid, immunization, and vaccination.

According to Microsoft, doctors on the app will be able to view the medical history of an employee, pull out their case sheets and aid them in taking timely medicines.
