There are many rumors on how the company might launch the product but there are no official announcements. However, the pricing of the iPhone 12 has become a matter of discussion everywhere. Apple leaker, Jon Prosser has said that the base model of the iPhone 12 will have a 5.4-inch screen and will be priced at $649. The other variant will be iPhone 12 plus which will have a 6.1-inch screen and priced at $749. Also, the iPhone 12 pro will be having a 6.1-inch screen but it will be priced at $999. However, like the iPhone 11 pro max, the iPhone 12 will also be having a max variant that comes with a 6.7-inch screen at $1,099.

As said before the iPhone 12 series will be having 5G connectivity. The 5.4 inch and 6.1-inch models will be having an OLED display with two rear cameras. The pro models iPhone 12 pro-6.1-inch screen and iPhone 12 pro max 6.7-inch screen will be having OLED display. The pro models will have three cameras and a LIDAR sensor.
All over the world, smartphone sales have been declined due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Many tech analyst believe that 2020 is not an ideal year for flagship smartphones. This may be the reason why apple thought of bringing more competitive pricing for its devices. Also, the leaked prices of the iPhone 12 reflect that.
However, the pricing of Apple smartphones in India is always a challenging one. Due to high import duties the pricing will always be higher when compared to dollars. Apple is always concerned about its user base in India that is why it might bring some competitive price for iPhone 12 series.
