Google Android

Google I/O has been scheduled to take being on May 7 where Google is expected to showcase a number of upcoming changes that it intends to introduce with its products and services. Google’s I/O contains elements of Android, especially the launch developer preview of the next version of Android, it is just showcased as a smaller part of a much larger event. Usually, Google holds a separate Android event later on in the year, often shortly after the new version of the Android has been publicly released and named.

This year, Google has scheduled its Android-centric event for October 23rd and October 24th. The event will be held at the Google Event Center (MP7) in Sunnyvale, California. It will consist of workshops where Android engineering teams will be giving insights into the latest version of the OS, hands-on experience with product demos, and the opportunity to talk to people who have worked behind the development of Android and have questions answered by them regarding the changes that have been introduced to the OS.

Those who are unable to attend the conference can catch the live stream of the keynote and other sessions. Sessions will also be recorded and made available after the event. Google will also be hosting viewing parties at off-site locations of which interested viewers can be a part of.
